Slippers were given to me as a gift however, I needed one size up when I went to the store I didn’t see any in my size, but when I went to the register, they said they would check to see any in backstock and a gentleman came out with my size so I could swap they made it seem so easy by taking the time to check and with a smile brought out what I needed. I love the slippers. They have so comfortable easy slip on a slip off and warm. It was a nice Christmas gift but nice to know L.L. Bean has great service.
