These have changed
This is my umpteenth pair of these slippers, I get myself a new one every year and this is I I am a loyal LL Bean customer and this is the first time I have been REALLY unhappy. The size of the slipper is correct, but the width of the slipper is much narrower than my old pairs. I tried to wear them to see if they would stretch, but instead they just hurt my feet - which is not what a slipper should do. If you love the fleece slippers, you should know that these are not the same.

Not good for high insteps or high arches
I usually fit well in LL Bean slippers, but this style was far too small. I have a high instep and arch, so my feet are relatively “taller” than average. Even though the shoes were the correct length, they were very snug on the top of my foot. I couldn’t even fit them on when wearing a thin pair of socks

Love these although a bit tight
Love these slippers. I can see why others say they are too tight. I am a petite person with small feet (size 6.5 women's) so these fit me perfectly but if you are someone with wider or chunkier feet, or your feet swell up, then these slippers probably aren't the best for you.
