Some help on ice
We finally had some ice today, so I tried out these boots. I could feel some improvement over regular boots, but not as much as I hoped for. So, I went back to my spikes. I think the boots will be good when crossing parking lots with areas of ice, but won’t interfere with driving like spikes and other gear. I did notice that when I stepped down more deliberately instead of a usual stride, they did seem to grip the surface. Also, the collar was extremely stiff, much more than other hiking boots.

Your feet will love these!!
So comfortable I can walk for hours in them. I walked through 2 airports and 2 flights plus snow amd cold in South Dakota. My feet were comfortable not too hot in Texas or too cold in Sourh Dakota.

Snow sneakers of the 90s
What happened to the original snow sneaker they sold in the 90s , they weren’t stiff like these new ones are they were cushy from the start!!! And warm and dry, bring back those please!

Great boots, but not for me.
I really wanted these shoes to work but they didn't. The height hits my shin at just the wrong place and the special grip soles aren't for me. I knew ahead of time that they couldn't be worn indoors but I didn't expect the powerful grip even just walking outside. I loved the look of the shoe, its sturdiness, the lining and the comfortable fit in the boot. It's just too high and "grippy" for my purposel

More boot than sneaker.
I was hopeful that these sneaker boots would feel more like a sneaker. My husband has the men’s sneaker boots and loves them. His are warm and flexible. Mine were very stiff, like a boot and had Arctic grip which if worn in the house, would scratch the hardwood floors. The fit was fine however, they were half a size larger than I usually wear. I sent them back.

Had to order a whole size up due to needing room for the width. Would like a wide option. The shoe is very well made and definitely warm for winter wear.

Winter Walking Favorite
I bought the Arctic Grip Snow Sneakers for dog walks on less than ideal winter road surface conditions and also woodland walking trails. They were a great choice! Not only do they have that grip feature on the soles but the overall support of the boots offers great stability on any surface. Comfortable and supportive right from the start. Some complained of the ankles being too tight but I found after five minutes into our first walk they were flexing with my movements and did not cause any discomfort at all. These boots are my new favorites.

Found them very stiff although warm and weatherproof. Stiffness of collar banged up my lower shin. I think “sneaker” is a misleading word. Not like sneakers at all. Half-size really close to being too small.
