L.L. Bean flannel PJs are classic! Perfect gift!
I gifted these to a friend for recovery after surgery & she absolutely loved them! My husband gave me a pair years ago and I knew they would be a perfect, cozy addition to her sleepwear wardrobe. Bonus: she received an L.L. Bean robe from her family for Christmas!

Mad for plaid!
These pajamas are soft, warm, and comfortable. I love tartans, so this is not my first purchase from this line, and they won't be my last. I'm also so happy that L.L. Bean offers them in petite sizing, because these are just right for 5-feet-even me!

In my opinion the medium feels like a large…wish I would’ve gotten a tall small. Sleeves are also awfully short to be with a tall pant. If someone has long legs they usually have long arms as well. At least they are soft.

This is my second pair of these exact PJ's. I like that I can order them in a tall size because I hate short pant legs. Sadly, I'm hard on the elbows and patching hasn't worked well.

Top runs smaller than the bottoms
I have the LLBean flannel nightgown as well in the Black Watch plaid and it has held up well over the years. I now have the pajamas in Black Watch. The nightgown is a medium petite and so are the PJ's.
However, the nightgown fits just fine. The PJ bottoms fit fine but the top is a little tight in the bust and a little short in the arms. I do not have an unusually big bust.
It seems the pajama top and bottom are two different sizes. Also those scratchy tags are horrible. If you cut them off you still have an irritating fragment. Print the info on the fabric and forget the tags!

Terrible!
I bought these at full price and was assured it was Portugal flannel. They are not…the flannel is pilling and the sheets are covered I. The fluff. Have washed them 3 times a they still have fluff coming off. They are not good quality at all. My cheaper flannels are much better than these. So disappointed with llbean. They used to be so much better than this
