We improved this quilted riding jacket in both fit and feel. We kept the soft twill shell you love, tailored it for a flattering longer fit, redesigned the lining, and updated the insulation for easier movement and optimal comfort.

Cute jacket BUT
Bought this late summer. Today was the first day I wore it. Had some trouble zipping it but easier after several readjustments. Then came to unzipping, forget it, jammed badly. Able to move it back together and the jammed again. Had to take it off over my head. If this was happened after several times wearing it but on the first time, no way, going back.

Perfect Jacket for Cool Weather Days
Finding a jacket like this in a petite size was a relief! So many other companies don’t offer petite sizing in a jacket of this style. No more too long sleeves! It’s very comfortable material, lightweight. It’s perfect for cool weather days in the 40’s and 50’s. I believe I can also wear a slim fitting insulated vest so I can wear it in the upper 30’s as well. And if I get caught in a light rain shower, no worries. For reference, I’m 5’3”, 118 lbs. with a slim build.

Warm but not flattering
It keeps me warm, but the shape is not very flattering. I can't tell if it's the bulkier sleeves (which I know is to allow for room for layering) or if doesn't shape nicely around the waist (despite the adjustable straps in the back).

VERY SAD
I was Trying to replace the same jacket that I have owned for nearly 7 years. My Jacket is warm, beautiful, fits perfectly..it has several small tears now & some loose threads. I ordered the same jacket. When it arrived I was so disappointed. The New Jacket felt as thin as paper. It was hideous. I was so disappointed that even LL Bean has been hit by Shrinkflation. I sent the jacket back and am reminding myself that what use to be a Quality store has fallen now to the ranks of trash products. I'm very saddened by this fact.

Fit and color are off
Had high hopes for this jacket since they actually offer petite, but the sleeves were way too long, and upper back/shoulders were tight, but body was almost too oversized. Color was also very light green for “deep olive” so overall didn’t work for me
