Paired with Vibram's IceTrek lugged sole, for superior slip resistance on cold, slick or snow-covered terrain, it offers the ultimate performance in winter footwear. Plus, a Thermochromatic lug turns from white to blue when the temperatures fall below freezing, so you know they're working.
- Removable nylon-covered EVA insole.
- 200-gram PrimaLoft® ECO insulation is made with 50% recycled materials.
- Contoured insole for arch support.
- Moisture-wicking Nylex nylon lining.

Well constructed boot
A great boot. This is my 4th pair and, living in Fargo, ND, it is my go-to for winter walking and hiking. I average over two miles per day, and whether the temperature is 20* above or 20* below, these boots are warm, comfortable and have great traction on snow and ice.

Awesome Boots!
Have worn these boots 3 times after recent snowstorms, clearing off my driveway, and am very satisfied. They are light, comfortable, keep my feet warm, and easy to get on and off. The Arctic Grip surface seems to be an added benefit, at on least light snow. Haven't yet experienced icy conditions. Based on past experience, I ordered a 1/2 size larger to better accommodate thicker boot socks.
