This hard-wearing, but soft, fleece-lined heavyweight hooded sweatshirt will keep the cold out and the warmth in year after year.
The Katahdin Iron Works operated in the north woods for much of the 19th century, employing thousands of hardworking Mainers. Inspired by their grit and strength, we designed our Katahdin Iron Works line of rugged work clothes to stand up to all kinds of rough use.
- 91% cotton, 9% polyester.
- 100% polyester fleece lining; sleeves are lined with 100% polyester taffeta.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Triple-needle stitching adds durability.
- Taffeta-lined sleeves for easy on/off.
- Body is lined with soft berber fleece for extra warmth and comfort.
- Underarm gussets for added mobility.
- Ribbed trim at cuffs and hem.
- Zip front.
- Front pockets, one with interior security pocket.
- Locker loop.
- Specially-designed hood fits well even over a baseball cap.

First time owning one of these and I am pleased with it so far. The weather here in NE Ohio has been cold and breezy and this keeps me pretty warm. The sleeves allow a little cold air through them but that issue is fixed when I add a layer underneath. True to size also. The fleece lined hood is very warm and keeps the cold air out. I wish the zipper went a little higher up to the neck to block that little bit of air but a scarf fixes that. Overall I think it is worth the money.

Nice and warm. I wear it with my LLBean vest. I ordered an extra large but I could have gotten away with a large. But I Luke my stuff a little loose. Also ordered one for my wife. She really likes it.

I love this hoodie. It is very warm and comfortable with a nice fit! Sleeves are long enough also. I noticed you started putting the L.L. Bean logo on it. (My boyfriend has this one also and it doesn't have a logo.) I have the camel tan color L.L. Bean hoodie also - and it doesn't have the Bean logo either.
