Dad’s favorite shirt

Nicely made cozy fleece but sizing no good
Very nice shirt, not great fit for my 5’7” husband. The medium was too tight in arms and chest and the large was just so large he was swimming in it. Weirdly the slightly fitted mariner fleece in Large was a better fit. We liked the lining in the original shirt but M was just too small and L too large overall. Maybe it would work on someone taller.

Elbows wear out
These shirts last maybe one year at best. My son works inside a computer room and loves the extra warmth of these shirts over his t-shirts, but the elbows rip out. I have tried sewing elbow patches to reinforce them, but the flannel just does not hold up. It gets thinner after every wash. Previous photos submitted by others are exactly the same- holes and tears. It’s really disappointing because he loves them so much. He has gone through 6 shirts now. All had to be thrown out.

Versatile Flannel Shirt
I originally ordered large size which was too loose and returned for medium which fit perfectly as either a shirt or use as a loose shirt, similar to wearing a sweater but more comfortable and casual as it also has hand pockets
