Great jacket
Love my new jacket. It is great middle-weight outerwear. It matches good with a couple of layers underneath.

Runs small unless he's slender & too much branding
This was a gift for my husband. His chest size is 44" and he has short arms, so we ordered the large (size chart says for 42-44"). It was very snug on him, possibly because this jacket is described as "Slightly Fitted." So, buyer beware when it comes to sizing. We are returning it and instead buying the Men's Warm-Up Jacket, Fleece Lined which is described as "Traditional Fit" (even though the size chart for both jackets gives the same measurements for a size Large, which I don't quite understand).
I was also disappointed in the jacket's zipper pulls on the front zipper and the pockets, which have LLBean-branded cloth pulls on them in a light color which draws attention to them. Had we kept the jacket, I would have used my 36-color marker set to re-color them closer to the body color of the jacket (or at least darker). I'm distressed at the many ways LLB is plastering its name all over many of its clothes and other products now and hope it doesn't go any further because we love the products and don't want to have to start buying somewhere else.

Good jacket
Good jacket- lightweight but warm with wearing layers, which is how my husband likes it. He loves that it has a slick surface to keep it from collecting pet hair, etc.

I have received many compliments on the jacket.
This is my go to jacket. It is warm enough to run errands, fits well and is very stylish. Also, it is reasonably priced.

Jacket
Beautiful jacket, but was too small for intended person. Gave to someone else, but it seems to very small for an XL.

Should be called the "Refrigerator Jacket"
Wore this jacket to Cosco on a cool breezy day and the jacked felt like it was conducting the heat out of my body. This garment in not a jacket, it is a semi wind breaker. Also, the armpits are cut so high that you cannot comfortably wear a sweater under the jacket. One last comment, besides the L.L. Bean chest tag/logo, all the zippers have LL Bean badged pull tags that make the garment into an LL Bean promotion / announcement.

A really nice spring/fall jacket!
I bought this as a spring/fall all weather jacket. I loved the thin fleece lining which has provided the perfect level of comfort for all but the colder days of each season. The green, to me, is a really great color to match the classic looks of this jacket. I also appreciate the interior zippered pocket for my cell phone. I normally where a size large but that was a bit tight on me and an extra large fit much better with the sleeves only a slight bit long, but acceptable. Make sure you try one on, if able, as I think they run a bit small. Very pleased with my purchase after 4 months of use.

Almost Right
The jacket seems to be of high quality, but it could use some more room around the midsection. I am of average build and the medium size fits me well in the shoulders and the sleeves, but I find it a little too tight when zipped (which has also been the case with other jackets I've bought at LL Bean, so I assume it's an intentional design decision). I would have bought more than one in different colors, but due to the unfortunately tight fit, I think I'll just make do with the one I have. Not worth returning, but not worth buying more either.
