Built with the same materials as our ultralightweight Stowaway Day Pack, this lightweight hip pack is the perfect choice for town, trail or travel. Now made from bluesign-approved polyester shell material that's made from recycled soda/water bottles.

Compact, I like. I also like the zipper pockets on the outside and inside. At this point it seems to be of good sturdy quality. (Hopefully it will last a long time. I can't tell that now since it is now new.)

Good purchase
Very nice pack. My original color choice was out of stock, but the 2nd choice color was fine. The buckle works well, which is the main thing. I wish they could add a little pouch for a bottle of water, otherwise this is something I will use for years.

Versatile bag with so many uses!

Poor design
This pack is visually attractive and is of quality materials and workmanship. However, the design is poor. The shape of the bag and the short zippers make it very inconvenient. I can't fit my cell phone or an 8oz waterbottle let alone both together. I will be returning.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my Hip Pack. It's compact, yet roomy enough to hold the rather bulky items I carry in it. Its colorful pack and strap are eye-pleasing as well. And, it goes without saying (but I will anyway) the Bean quality is quite evident.
