Very surprised to get the wrong and inferior rug
The rug was suppose to be 100% wool indigo multi for our daughters room. We received what looks like the blue version made of polypropylene!. Wow L.L. Bean, how can this be? After waiting 3 weeks.

Disappointed
We have purchased chapel braided rugs in the past and have always been very satisfied. This current rug was purchased a few years ago, but was put aside because the capel braided rug we had was still good. We pulled it out a few months ago and were surprised at the amount of fibers that continually come off the rug. It leaves puffs of fiber all over the house and when we vacuum it, it fills up the dirt cup on our shark vacuum. It already looks half worn after only a few months use.
