Fit of life jacket
The universal fit was fine for my boyfriend, but even when tightened around my waist and chest properly, the life jacket still went up to my chin and ears. Universal fit is best for men rather than women based on this experience.

They are good but they fit better on my husband than on me. While kayaking it’s pushes up and it’s a bit annoying.

Tends to ride up in a high backed kayak. I returned for one that allows for the padding to be above the seat.

A super good life jacket!
I got an inflatable kayak and needed a life jacket and chose this one. I tested it in the pool and it keeps me upright and is very buoyant - it wouldn't let me stay under water even after jumping off the diving board. It also doesn't shove itself into my face when I bend over to as I'm sitting in my kayak. I am confident this won't let me drown and it's comfortable, too. It doesn't dig into my skin or squish me unnecessarily. Next summer is going to be fantastic!

All sports universal PFD
This is definitely not for a women and wouldn’t fit across the chest for any but the tallest and flat chested. Not for kayaking as it’s much too long to fit properly when sitting in a kayak. Would work as life jacket to have on hand in a larger boat but since people really aren’t one size fits all - neither should a life jacket be.
