Poor Craftsmanship
Bought one for our 7/yo, not filling it with much weight, and within 6 months, the top carrying strap is already falling off. See photos. On both sides it's fraying and pulling out from the threads. Weak and bad construction is my guess. Very unfortunate because the design and size of the pack is very nice.

Perfect for My Office
This was a Christmas gift and I love it. I use it for work. Definitely big enough with plenty of pockets for my laptop, folders etc. Pockets are deep which I like. Hope it is as strong and sturdy as it appears. So far Very Good.

Great work backpack
Great backpack. Well-balanced and great weight distribution on chest and shoulders. This backpack contours well to my back. With the combination of weight distribution and contour, it feels like you don’t have a bag on your back. Also, high quality materials, especially the side bottle holders, though, it is difficult to fit a bottle over 24 oz. Overall, well made and great backpack!

Deep pockets!
I use a backpack for walking to work and want it to double as a purse during the day. I returned this because all of the pockets go all the way down to the bottom of the bag. I like to have small individual pockets to keep things organized but putting anything in any of them you then have to fish around up to your elbows to find anything. Gods for larger items but not functional for me. So I returned.
