Cheap fabric, too long, ugly pockets
I wear the fleece-backed perfect fit pants all winter long. The non-fleece-backed ones don't fit as well, so I've been looking for a lighter alternative. I have not wanted to try these ultrasoft sweats because, to be honest, the visible pockets at the front and the square pockets at the back are just ugly (it is possible to make a non-visible pocket in the side seam that doesn't add any bulk). But finally I decided to give them a shot based on the fact that they were straight leg (joggers are so ugly), non-ankle length (so infantile on grown women), and in the website photos they looked like a stylish pair of sweatpants that you wouldn't be embarrassed to wear around on the weekend (and I thought that in the black color, the pockets might be less noticeable). Well, I bought my usual size (med) at the Freeport LLB when we were in ME, and I can't remember being more disappointed in an article of clothing. They are about an inch and a half too long (I got the regular size -- I'm average height 5'5"), and pant length is one thing that LLB gets right pretty reliably. And after two washes (nice detergent, no dryer) they already look faded. These are $20 clearance rack sweatpants. I guess I'm keeping them because I washed them, but I'm not paying to have them shortened. Not at all cute or stylish. Fabric is soft and comfortable, but not leaving the house in these.

Pretty Sweats!
Such a pretty green! I've tried them on and they fit fine, but the weather hasn't been cold enough for me to wear them yet. I can hardly wait for a nice and nippy day so that I can wear them.

Disappointing
I ordered the smallest size: Petite XS and they are huge. The waist is like an L size. The fabric is nice but, unfortunately, that's the only positive. Huge waist with rigid elastic band that isn't even really elastic and the fit is odd. Uncomfortable. I already cut the labels and washed them so in the trashcan they go.

Ultra soft sweats
These are my sleep pants for winter as they are not too hot, perfect for sleep. They are a little bit tight around the middle but not bad. The legs fit perfectly. I am now at 195 pounds but when I was at 175 they fit great around the middle and perfect still in the legs. I would like to see the ultra soft sweats crew neck top back because it makes a perfect sleep top with these pants. I wash on delicate and dry on low and they do not shrink.

Still nice, but…
I’ve worn these pants since Bean first offered them. I must have 8 pairs by now! The last two pair were a bit disappointing in that the fabric is quite a bit thinner than the originals. The fit is still excellent and I would like to see a nice dark chocolate brown color in the mix. They are my every day pant and some I keep for appointments and going out to dinner to keep them “good” looking! Wish they wouldn’t cheapen up the fabric … I’d rather pay a buck more for better fabric than have them “thinned down”! We shop at Bean for better quality, not the cheapest prices.

Very soft and comfortable.
Fabric thickness is just right; not too thin, not to thick. Very soft and comfy feel. Adjustable waist with string helps a lot with my changing figure. Washed well, didn't shrink. Generous length. The seat and knees do bag a little bit after wearing all day, but I love them, and will be ordering more.
