Did not fit any of my boots securely
I like the cleat style, but these were too loose fitting for any of my winter boots. Exchanged these for the Maxx version that provided a better fit and wider footprint.

Due to a fall on ice in 2018, I can no longer wear my previous stabilizers. Due to my ankle injury broken in 3 areas, any pressure on my shoes results in discomfort. The design of these stabilizes eliminates that problem.

Walk safely on icy surfaces
I purchased these to replace some cheaper ones I buy over the internet and was pleasantly surprised at their quality, comfort, and walkability. My old traction slip-ons were very clunky and affected my gate. These have great traction. They have stayed in place so that I can safely shovel the tons of snow my city has gotten recently and take my dog for her walks. I would highly recommend these to seniors.

I’m a fan of stabilicers.
I’m a fan of stabilicers. Yes, they are hard to get on but that means they are staying on, unlikely to come off on the woods trails we walk daily. I keep them on their boots all winter. These LLBean stabilicers have sturdy velcro straps, something I have added myself to previous stabilicers I’ve owned. These will last several years, I am sure, as my previous ones have. 5 stars!

Order the next size up for boots on the borderline
I had to send my first order back and order the next size up. I have size 8 LLBean hiking boots and the chart said to order small up to size 8.5. However it was extremely hard to get them on the boots, especially at a trailhead in the cold.

A Complete Failure
I ordered these to fit my LLB boots. They supposedly were designed specially to fit LLB boots. I ordered the right size according to the sizing chart. They were way too short. Impossible to get on. Very disappointedly I returned them immediately!
