Grand Snow Fun!These are great snowshoes. I bought them for my 5 and 6 year old grand girls. They got moving on them right away and we had so much snow fun!

Not a great snowshoe; falls off easilyI wish LL Bean would have kept the old model from 15 years or so ago. These straps do not stay behind ankles well, falling off often. Definitely not as comfortable or as functional as the old model where there were two straps over the top of your feet (one on top of ankle; one on top of toes).

Happy Snowshoe KidThese have been the perfect upgrade for our almost-7-year-old grandson. He handles them easily and the bindings are great -- they stay nice and secure. He hasn't tried getting in and out of them by himself but he probably could with a little guidance. He's at the low end of the weight range recommended so they should last for a few years.

Easy on and offI bought 2 sets of these snowshoes for my 9 and 12 yr old grandkids. We had 18 inches of snow a few days ago and wow, they had so much fun running through the snow with the snowshoes. My snowshoes are bulky and overly wide for my small feet, size 6, and I tried out a pair of the kids snowshoes. I weigh 106 and am 5 ft tall and they were so much better! I might get a pair for myself!!

Not worth the moneyWe have a pair of these kids Winter Walkers from several years ago. Just took them out to use since we just got a foot of snow and the plastic bindings on one pair completely fell apart. They were fine last year. I googled it and looks like others have had this very problem. I'm very disappointed.

Great snowshoesBought 2 pairs for grandchildren that were like my old ones.
Fit well and will for a long time. We have had fun walking in a variety of terrains. The children are 7 and 8 and are able to put on and tale off the snowshoes independently.
Well crafted and look like they will last.
