Great features!!!
It’s waterproof, has lots of internal and external pockets, velcro cinched wrists, waist and hem drawstrings, removable hood with bungee cinch, fleece lined collar and best of all it has a two way zipper with a flap cover that secures with velcro. Most women’s coats don’t have enough pockets and rarely have a two way zipper. This coat has everything I needed. I bought it a little big so I could wear a sweater under it.

Nice Jacket!
I wore this to an outdoor evening event and it kept me warm. Wind was 25 mph, wind chill sub-zero. The hood was great; length long enough; color is true; size is correct.

A new/ old jacket
Ordered this jacket yo replace one that I had purchased over 20 years ago and had recently damaged with spray paint. Happy to say still the same quality, warmth and style of my older jacket

Great coat but huge hood
I like this coat very much, but I miss the chest pockets they decided to leave off, and the hood is ginormous!--possibly sized so a knit cap would fit under it? I don't know, but my head is on the small size anyway and when adjusted to fit, the hood makes a huge, unattractive lump on top of my head. I have other Bean jackets and coats, and always have to adjust the hoods, but not this much! The picture on the site doesn't begin to suggest how big it is. Otherwise a very nice coat. I got the burgundy mainly because I have so many navy coats and jackets, didn't really care for the color, but it's grown on me since last year. My suggestions: add chest pockets and reduce the hood size, and you'd have a very nice, very warm winter parka. Also would like more color choices--green and brown would be good.

My favorite winter jacket
I’ve had a similar one for years and still receive compliments. It has served me well but I wanted to change from blue to red. Glad they still make it. Just hope they don’t stop.

Review of Parka
It is a good fit with a sweater but no chest pockets and not as warm as my previous one. I got a large size. I am 5’ 4” and about 135 lbs. I am outside a lot for work . Located in Maryland. I will keep it because I love the color and can always use a wool sweater if needed.

Purchase History
By far, the best jacket I have ever purchased. I have had the jacket since 2021 and about to get the jacket under this one . Don’t wear jacket when it’s in the 30s you definitely will break out in a sweat. 😓
