Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed My new rain jacket arrived today and it will be returned tomorrow. As a very long time customer of LLBean I expected a well designed quality product. Instead I received a wrinkled jacket made of stiff, "swishy" fabric that has a zipper that functions poorly and small cheap snaps that are hard to engage. There is no inside pocket and as often mentioned in reviews the outer pockets are small with no snaps or zippers to keep items inside or the rain out! The hood is huge and the sleeves lack the usual adjustable velcro and instead have two oddly placed rows of snaps that are not likely to keep rain out. The XL Petite is not roomy enough to wear a layer underneath and I have no idea if the jacket is truly water resistant or how the mesh adds to comfort or if the wrinkles will iron out because I am returning the jacket unworn! I wish I had read the one, two, and three star reviews before I ordered this jacket because the issues I have listed are repeated over a period of many years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All around good raincoat This raincoat has a nice longer length, good fit, sleeves that snap rather than velcro and are a good length (I'm 5'7"). The fabric is substantial but not stiff and noisy, and it keeps me dry. The burnt sienna color get lots of compliments.
