Beautiful durable, seemingly stain resistant rug
I have this rug under a cozy chair in my kitchen which everyone seems to fall into upon coming through the door. The rug is beautifully made, durable and doesn’t not seem to hold onto stains. My daughter spilled an entire cup of coffee onto it weeks after I bought it. She quickly blotted up the coffee and you cannot even see where the coffee fell! Highly recommend. Love the ocean colors also.

Disappointed
I bought this rug at the first of the year and within a month I had it started to have big pieces of the carpet stick through. I now have 5 different areas this is happening.

Great Runner!
I purchased two of these runners in Straw Tweed for my kitchen. One in front of the sink, dishwasher, trash can pull-out cabinet and one in front of the sliding door/windows. They are beautiful on my natural red oak hardwood floors. The all-weather material makes them ideal for kitchen use, as I will take them outdoors and hose/wash them off periodically. Great rugs, LL!!!

'wisps' and 'pieces' of rug poking out
We haven't had it a month, however we are getting these wisps of rug sticking out on one side. So, I turned it over and now they're coming up on the other side. Very frustrating given the cost.

Constantly trimming tufts
When our rug first arrived, we were particularly pleased with its thickness and heft--it definitely provided more cushioning than our old rug had. And the colors are bright and work very well in our kitchen. However, over the following weeks, I noticed that fuzzy tufts of material began to appear frequently on the surface of the rug, like little heads of dandelion fluff. Thus far, I've just been trimming them off with scissors. I don't know if I'm causing structural damage to the rug by doing so, but the tufts annoy me. I know that LL Bean has fabulous customer service and would happily replace the rug or offer a refund, but it would be awfully inconvenient to ship it back, given its size and weight, so I'm going to live with the tufts. But I do hope the folks at LL Bean check into the quality of the manufacturing, as it could be better.

Great rug
I ordered this rug mainly because it was the perfect size for our laundry/entry from garage space. When it arrived I was very pleased with both the color accuracy and overall quality. It is very comfortable underfoot and is easy to vacuum clean.
