Clothing must
Silk layering is a must for fall and winter. I prefer the former manufacturer. While overall size is thesame, the ankles are very tifht and I have tiny ankles. I hope the will stretch. Silk easily runs and snags, but I still recommend.

Silk long underwear is a must in any season. Tops and bottoms wear like skin. They are practically unnoticeable while on. In the winter, they Will keep your body extra warm. Throughout the other seasons, you can wear them, especially the top fashion statement underneath another top. I have found them to be delightful in any way

Relieved to have a reliable source for silk.
These are wonderful. Just a light layer next to the skin. It keeps me from getting a chill while wearing rain pants. They also wick perspiration perfectly.
I am 5'5", 145 lbs, 58 yrs old. I have larger than normal thighs. The medium fits perfectly.
