OK but not perfect
Fit at waist and in length good but too loose around thighs so don't fit as tightly as I'd like.

Silk under wear really works!
I've had several pairs of silk long underwear. They are wonderful but have a short life. They usually come apart at the waistband. These seem to have a better waistband. As far as serviceability they seem well made. I purchased two pairs and have already laundered them several times.

Good quality pants
I really like the fabric and fit of these pants. They are the perfect weight to wear on our colder days in Alabama.

Highly recommended for every day in cold weather.
I have worn these silk pants for all activities for many many years. They are very thin but very warm and comfortable. And I never overheat (as you can easily do with other thermal layers when moving from outdoors to indoor activities).
Easy care too - just machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle and hang on rack to dry.

Silk is a necessity here
Silk is a necessity here. Our nights can be 50 F colder than days, so if you're getting up early for birding, you have to dress warmly. But by the time the birding trip is over, the temperatures have warmed up considerably. Silk never makes me too hot, so I can put these on even if the daytime temperatures will reach 70 F. The pants fit fine, but beware the matching top because the scoop neck leaves your entire chest uncovered!
