Our heaviest-weight flannel. Made of thick chamois fabric that's warmer than ordinary flannel, it's a shirt, light jacket and essential layer all in one.
When our founder, Leon Leonwood Bean, developed this shirt more than 90 years ago, durability was the goal. Then as now, the 100% cotton shirt is brushed for exceptional softness and warmth. Hefty, soft, high quality but runs large.
Would give 4.5 stars if it was an option. Great shirt, very warm and soft but runs almost a full size large. All my Bean shirts are medium but this one feels like I could have gone with a small (I'm 6'2" 190lbs). Good for layering though!

Great shirt but I had to have the sleeves shortened. They were 36” at least and I wear 32”. That added $17 to the cost.
