Our classic, durable toboggan with a comfortable twist. This kids' toboggan with cushion brings a little extra padding to good old-fashioned winter fun.
- Designed for ages 4 and up.
- Slats: Strong steambent northern hardwood, screwed together.
- Cushion: Nonslip woven polyester filled with 1½"-insulating polyurethane foam.

Beautiful decoration
unfortunaately this sled would not move. I'm not sure why maybe hills too small or not enough snow. Maybe I need to put a bunch of wax on the sled. Not sure but my son sat there and the sled would not go down the hill even with a push; it stopped. Its a beautifully crated item and I hope he can use it one day. The other issue I would say is if he needs a bigger hill there is no way my 5 year old can carry this up a hill. It is heavy.

Paint transfer
Ordered this toboggan for my daughter for Christmas and received it in a timely manner. However the quality of the toboggan wasn't what I expected. Paint had somehow got on to the non painted slats. Also the toboggan seemed rushed and roughly finished. When I removed it from the box at work to show my coworkers, they were not impressed (all men). I also was disappointed.
Customer service was very helpful and are sending another out right away.
Where did the quality go?

Wonderful Toboggan
This was a Christmas present for my 90 year old mother(yes 90). She loves to toboggan and was just like a kid in a candy store with this. We actually had bought two others before this one(not from LL Bean). One was too big and the other wasn't great quality. This toboggan is beautiful, such great quality and great in the snow. After the sledding season we are considering using it to decorate in our house.

SUPER FUN!!
I bought this toboggan and I absolutely LOVE it!! The only thing I wish was better was the cushion doesn't stay on very well. (You have to tie the cushion on.) And it is a little skinny. I'm sure that two kids will be able to fit if they both do criss-cross applesauce. But over all it's a very great, well made product!

After trying several other sleds, spending much money. We've already gotten our money back because the toboggan has outlasted any other sled we've bought.

Watch out or the adults will take over
I purchased this for my 9year old nephew but his dad (my brother) may have used it more. He had to show him how to use it properly. This version was made just as well as the one we had as kids. We had icy snow the first time we used it so it did rub off the finish on the bottom right away. I would suggest wax.

4' toboggan
The tobaggan arrived on time and in good condition. However, no snow.
My 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 old grandsons hop on it and said "Where are the buttons to make it go?"
