If the fabric and colors could speak ...
"Sunwashed canvas shirt" sums it up in three words. Bought three of 'em. The fabric is solid, not chintzy. The variety of muted colors easily pair with slacks and jeans. The shirts are not permanent press, but the fabric comes out of the dryer with minimal wrinkles – good enough to wear as is. If the fabric and colors could speak, their tenor would be relaxing and casual.

Too Stiff for Me
The shirt felt much too stiff and industrial for casual wear. And the blue was too grey for my taste.

Canvas is always in style!
Exactly what I was looking for in a canvas shirt. Wrinkled a bit more than I would have liked after washing right away as recommended but still very comfortable.

Favorite Shirt
One of my favorite go to shirts. I had originally ordered a large but felt the sleeves were too short. Bean in their “always easy to exchange way” immediately sent me a size large tall and it is now perfect.

Sharp looking!
Really great color, and well made. You will find that it needs either ironed, or attacked with a wrinkle reducer, but it’s worth the effort. The shirt looks great, and I get compliments from people I don’t even know. I have the shirt in two colors now, and they’re both favorites of mine.

Comfortable, but not durable
I've gone through 6 of these shirts, and every single one has holes in the same spots, at the top corners of the breast pockets. These holes will begin show after about 10 washes, but you can see small white spots where the fabric is weakened after about 5 washes.
The first time it happened, I thought it was my fault for being careless with the laundry, so I bought some replacements and made sure to wash them on a delicate cycle, keep them separate from bulky items like pants and jackets, and dry on low heat. Even all these precautions didn't stop the holes from appearing again. I guess hand washing and hang drying would help them stay intact longer, but that kind of maintenance isn't acceptable for an everyday shirt.

Looks Worn Out
New Sunwashed Canvas Shirt in Cadet Blue looks faded and worn out. Looks ready to be recycled at Good Will or similar thrift store. Will not buy again. Wasted good money.

Bought ten of them
I love the feel, weight and fit of the Sunwashed Canvas shirts so much
that I have purchased ten of them over the years. I really like the Mist Blue and Wheat colors. Can’t wait for LLB to bring the Wheat color back…hint…hint !!
