Luscious wool
If there's one thing that makes me look forward to cold weather, it's opportunities to wear this coat. The fit is perfect thanks to the true fit questions. I would have bought a size larger, but I'm so pleased with the way this looks on me. It feels like a coat that will last for many years.

Purrfect wool coat
My 1X Lambswool Polo coat in Hickory Heather arrived today, and I am delighted with it. The rust color is beautiful, the lambswool is soft, the stitching detail is professional and the pockets are well placed and deep. It fits me very well and will serve the milder NJ winter weather well. I was concerned by many of the reviews, but in my case this coat exceeds my expectations. I’ve been a LLB customer for decades, and this coat upholds their history for quality products at a reasonable price. Thank you.

The best coat that I ever owned!
I bought this coat several years ago. As a teacher in a small school in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, I had to playground duty. This coat wraps you in a cozy blanket of warmth so that -25 degree weather does not phase you. It is also fantastic for late fall football games. It keeps your body, backside, and legs warm while your friends are freezing their backsides off on the bleachers.

beautiful dress coat
I bought this coat because I wanted a unique colored wool coat and I am only 5'1" so it is challenging to find coats that don't drowned me. I bought the 4Petite. It is absolutely perfect! I weigh 115lbs for reference. The quality is wonderful. I got hot just trying it on, so I know I will love it this winter. So grateful that L.L.Bean carries petite outerwear. Thank you so much!

Sleeves are too long.
I ordered a petite because I'm so sick of buying coats with sleeves that are too long. They're still too long! Other than that, it's a nice coat. Soft 100% lambswool. Not a wool/nylon blend, like most coats these days.

Great buy
Love this coat. I don’t need warm coats where I live but occasionally I travel to colder climates. I needed a warm coat that could be casual or dressed up, that would pack in my suitcase and would fit well. I found it!!! Kept me cozy and looked and felt great. Beautifully made.
