Our new puppy loves her new bed!
We just got a new puppy, so of course we went to LLBean for a bed. Our dog loves this. The outside shell can be washed (which is great when you have a puppy!). She just loves the bed. Great quality!

Nice choice for multiple dogs.
Two Bull Mastiffs, each over 100lb, can fit on this bed comfortably. The canvas is well made, stands up to rough housing and toenails. Nice neutral color blends in well and does not fill up the room. Easy clean.

100% Cotton Twill Dog Bed
The 100% cotton twill dog beds are incredibly well made and rugged. It looks like they are being discontinued and being replaced with a polyester blend. The blend material was offered about 20 years ago and did not hold up well at all. The center of the bed became worn very quickly and when my dog scratched/nested it wore a hole through. Knowing this I have purchased extras. LLbean, please consider the quality of your products you were known for before making any changes to the tried and true. Thank you.

Bed Insert Problematic
Canvas Cover is tough and washable. I returned the insert because I had an allergic reaction to it and didn't want my dog exposed. I decided to keep using the older insert I have. (Note: I've ordered same bed several times before and didn't have this issue. Wonder if the new treatment to keep the insert's filling from "clumping" is the reason my nose started to sting, etc. as soon as I opened the box it came in?)
