Great Quality

Durable and handy!
Just bought this as a gift along with a box of fatwood. Absolutely perfect gift from my clients who are so happy to have a wood-burning fireplace in their new home. I got one for my husband over 10 years ago and he still uses it constantly and absolutely loves it for bringing firewood up stairs from the backyard!

Log carrier
I am extremely satisfied with my recent purchase of this log carrier. It is well- constructed with ample room and especially like the feature of enclosed flaps on each end versus the sling design. It is perfect for my trek down the backyard to firepit. For over 50 years I have been ordering from LLBean and have never been disappointed in their products and merchandise!

Log bag
This log bag is sturdy and holds the logs very well . The handles make it easy to carry also. I would also recommend this bag to anyone needing to carry split wood into the house , saves your arms or jacket from getting sap on them.

Careful... it melts!!
It's a great product. Carries a lot of wood, is rugged, has nice sides that keep dirt and debris off the floor... but here's the thing: Keep it too close to your woodstove and it melts. In fact, the handle of ours melted onto the outside of the cast-iron woodstove, causing a helluva stinky mess. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
Should we have kept it further away from the stove? Sure. But should LL Bean — provider of rugged Maine-esque goods — make fireplace products that are less flammable and melty? Absolutely.
Fun times, though, I repaired it with some paracord and strapping we had lying around. Pix attached.
