A lot to like, a lot to improve
Features I appreciate: 1. Available in plus sizes. 2. Long length. 3. Most importantly, and the reason I chose this coat over others: coat can be closed using snaps only (no need to fumble with zipper).
Features I wish you'd improve: 1.The outer pockets are way too shallow; please make them deeper so my keys don't fall out in the snow. 2. Skip the zippers on the outer pockets; they scratch my hands when I reach in. 3. Please offer a choice of BLACK faux fur around the hood; it's much more flattering for many complexions.

SUPERIOR coat!!
I bought one of these 20-25 years ago and it's still in beautiful shape. This coat is my best bud on the coldest days! I would never want to be without it in bitter cold weather. It's been a very valuable purchase and it's totally worth it!!

Very warm, just a little too long
As a Canadian who lives on the east coast and right next to the North Atlantic, we have very rough, cold winters. Today, we got hit heavy, icy snow and it was -20 degrees Celsius. I wore this coat out to walk my dog and clean off my car. I was comfortable the entire time.
Not only is it incredibly warm, it is also not bulky. I have a hard time finding parkas that don’t make me look massive and bulky, and this one is quite nice. I also appreciate how, as a down coat, it can flatten out a bit for easier packing.
My only complaint is that it is a bit too long. I quite like that it is long, as it keeps my legs warm, but it is slightly too long (tripping hazard length). I ordered a regular size, which I thought would work for my 5 feet 4 inches figure (which is technically average height), and this coat is about four inches too long for me. I’d like to hem it a bit, but it is hard to know it that’s possible due to the down filling. I would have gone back and ordered a petite size, but it’s sold out.

Great long coat for a freezing Michigan winter!
Very pleased with this coat. The length is longer than most other coats (I am 5’11”) and it’s been keeping me nice and warm on the long walk into work from a faraway parking lot. The wrists have a nice additional fabric/reinforcement to keep your wrists nice and warm and ensure there is ample overlap with gloves. The hood is helpful too. No complaints so far.
