Our heaviest-weight flannel. Made of thick chamois fabric that's warmer than ordinary flannel, it's a shirt, light jacket and essential layer all in one.
When our founder, Leon Leonwood Bean, developed this shirt more than 90 years ago, durability was the goal. Then as now, the 100% cotton shirt is brushed for exceptional softness and warmth. I love this shirt—wish I could wear it every day!
This is a terrific shirt: beefy, soft fabric and beautiful tailoring. I’ve washed it twice so far, and it still looks like new. I bought the blue, a great color; if the others all weren’t so dark, I’d buy more.

Great Shirt!
Very fine shirt. Nice, sturdy weight. Heavy shirt, light jacket. I bought the shirt a size large to have room for extra layers underneath.
I recommend this shirt to anyone for an inner layer, outer layer or all by itself.

Chamois Shirt
I have purchased these shirts for my husband for years. They have always been a little longer than other brands. Now they seem to be made shorter in length. This is disappointing. We will not be ordering this shirt any more.
