We've improved our most popular large duffle, loved since 1996 for its travel-tough durability, fun colors and great price. Now made of 100% recycled fabrics, with a new U-shaped zipper that opens wider for easier access.
Introducing our best-ever Adventure Duffle, redesigned using customer feedback, product reviews and tests from our own in-house lab. We chose a rugged fabric that's 100% recycled--and just as strong as before. Next, we packed it with improvements, including a wider opening, more comfortable shoulder strap and a new storage pouch you can use as a packing cube while traveling. Available in sizes and colors for every member of the family!
- Fabrics are made from recycled plastic bottles; this 95L bag uses 29 plastic bottles.
- Waterproof fabrics. Zippers and seams not waterproof.
- Coated interior for added weather protection; tested for 24 hours in our deep freeze with no signs of cracking, flaking or peeling.
- 100% recycled 600-denier polyester on body, with 100% recycled 1000-denier polyester on base that's twice as abrasion resistant for added durability.
- PFC/PFAS-free durable water repellent (DWR).
- Spot clean.
- Grab handles at either end for easy maneuvering, with low-profile lash points.
- Zipper flap adds weather protection.
- Roomy main compartment.
- New U-shaped zippered opening offers 50% more access to contents inside.
- Outside zip pocket.
- Handles have wrap closure for comfortable carrying.

Nice big bag. Mediocre monogramming
The duffle is nice and big. Zipper looks sturdy, which is necessary. My 19yo son is rough with his things and this is to schlep back and forth from college. I love that it came with a bag that it can be stored in. That can also be used as an organizing compartment for smaller items in this big bad. Love the color and orange details. It’s not super bright but just enough color pop to stand out if you’re looking in the outer bottom storage of a bus to find your bag. The only thing I didn’t like was the monogramming. It was definitely mediocre. Not cleanly cut. There were some threads sticking out and the bottom of the letters were not cleanly embroidered. I can see it not holding up with my rough son throwing this bag around. But we’ll see. It was a Christmas present. I needed it wrapped and didn’t have time to complain/send to be fixed.
Of course my 19 yo doesn’t notice the monogramming. He’s happy with the bag.
