- With light or midweight socks: Whole sizes, order one size down. Half sizes, order 1½ size down. Example: 9 or 9½, order size 8. With heavyweight socks: Whole sizes, order your normal size. Half sizes, order the next size down. Example: 9 or 9½, order size 9.

L.L.Bean Rubber Moc
Depending on manufacturer and style, I normally wear a 10-10.5 US sized shoe and it fits snugly without causing blisters. For this shoe LLBean recommends ordering one size down. After reading the many reviews about this shoe being too large, I tried ordering the smallest available, a size 9. When I tried them on with a normal sock, they fit like a size 11 normal shoe. If I used a heavy winter sock combo, then they might fit snugly and not fall off my foot. As it is, I intend to use them for yard work and not construction, so being able to easily take them off without using my hands will work, for now.

Fits great !
Go by the sizing chart. I ordered one size smaller as recommended and they fit perfectly. I wear 11D so ordered 10M and the fit was perfect. My only complaint so far is the tongue is like suede leather and wants to fold under when inserting your foot. So you have to bend over and hold that. Not easy for older person.

Poorly Designed Rubber Moc
The men’s rubber Mocs are very poorly designed in the tongue area. The tongue does not fit under the sides of the Mocs when the leather laces are tied, causing the tongue and to bunch up and wrinkle. I’m usually very satisfied with LLBean products but these rubber Mocs ere a huge disappointment.
