Our designers took our customer-favorite all-weather boots and made them better than ever before. They added a supremely cushioned B-Bound® midsole for more comfort, and a luggier VertiGrip outsole for improved traction. What hasn't changed is the tough-as-nails durability our Storm Chasers are known for.

Worth it
Love these. I was torn between these and Ugg Adirondack boots but chose these due to the better price point and LL Bean name. Wore them to walk my dog in ice/snow and my feet stayed dry. Purchased these as an investment piece so hoping they hold up over time. They do feel very well made and high quality. Also pretty cute as far as women’s snow boots go.

These boots are top notch in every way- waterproof, comfortable, stylish, warm. I can’t say enough about them. The toe bed is wide enough to accommodate various socks and the tread is excellent on ice and snow. Worth every penny.

Buy them!
Very happy with this purchase. Got the black color, they look classic yet stylish. Wore them in the snow many times and they kept my feet warm and dry. They run a little big but fit perfect with thick boot socks.

Great boot
I love these boots. Good deep tread for walking in snow and even slushy snow. However, tread carefully on ice. But that goes for anything you wear. I wear cleats when I am out walking on snow/ice on my local roads. Having the zippers down the side helps get them on and off easier. But be sure to zip them up before lacing the laces or you will have to loosen the laces, zip and retighten. The boot lining is nice and warm with mid weight socks. I ordered a size 10 wide and have enough room width and length wise, but I think they might be a bit tight with heavier weight socks. They also might not be warm enough in extreme cold conditions, like zero or below, depending in your type of socks, where pac boots might be better. But if you are looking for something to walk the dog with, out shoveling snow, going for a walk etc. go for them. I’m considering a second pair to keep my cleats strapped on and not having to take them on and off. Basically they are a good all around boot for winter wear. I highly recommend them. About as close as one can get to the old LL Bean Wildcat boots which I loved and wish they would bring them back.
