Sizing is a joke.
LL Bean shirts in XL are baggy on me. XL in this jacket was like wearing spandex. Wasted express shipping costs to get this before Thanksgiving, and it doesn’t come close to being wearable. Go up two sizes. This is the Mossy Oaks brand not LL Bean. Slightly fitted is laughably deceiving.

Competes with all top brands.
This soft shell hooded jacket competes with all premium brands with similar jackets and at a lower price point. . Im 6-03 200 and tall large is just right. If you have had jackets of this type you wont be disappointed with this one.

A little too slightly fitted.
Too slightly fitted to layer underneath with anything more than a silk weight top or a similar type product. I wish that L.L.Bean would realize that there are a lot of customers who are not slightly fitted. And why no pit zips? If you’re wearing this during an activity, hunting, snow shoeing, or shoveling the snow it would be nice to be able to ventilate without having to unzip the jacket . Maybe someday.
