A classic sweater with exceptional warmth!
I haven't washed the sweater yet, but I've worn it on several occasions and love it! Oftentimes, I need to size up with sweaters and sweatshirts from LL Bean, but I got this in my normal size small and it fits great. Sometimes I button it and other times leave it open. It's very warm!

Lovely style!
What a refreshing style from LL Bean! This has a pretty silhouette and coloring. So glad it doesn’t have crazy, clashing colors across it like so many items do. And thankfully, no pockets. Hurray! Pockets don’t need to be on every clothing item imaginable. On this garment, pockets would have detracted from its beauty. Pockets are utilitarian, but sometimes, they just ruin the style.

Love this sweater!
The 1912 woolen sweater is on frequent rotation to run errands! I really like the fabric and it’s warm enough on New Jersey autumn days with a turtleneck or tee. The only thing I’d want to add are pockets.
I’m 5’6”, 115 lbs, and usually wear small, but needed to exchange for a medium.
I definitely recommend this sweater.

Warm, Comfortable & Sytlish
Really warm and a generous, comfortable navy blue wool sweater. LOVE it. Put it on one cold day and immediately felt warmer. Not too big, but allows room to wear over a blouse, turtleneck or even a thinner sweater. I ordered a medium even though I'm 125 # and 5'5" to allow space over clothes. Have not washed it yet. So don't know if it will shrink even in cold water, delicate cycle. And I got several compliments over the stitching & style. Looks great on the body.

Beautiful but...
Bought this to take on a 12 day trip to a cool climate. Kept me warm. I love the blue color and style but by the end of the trip the sweater was "pilling" along the underarms & lower front.
