It feels nice and lightweight!
The jacket looks well-made and the fit is just fine. I have not had a chance to test the performance against the cold because I live in Florida and our cold season doesn’t come until January. I wanted a usable jacket in case the temperature dipped below 30 degrees or if, God forbid, I lost the power in my house in the colder season. The jacket is nicely made. I’m certain it will provide long service.

Good jacket
This is a good, warm winter jacket. I bought a large to fit over a zip cardigan and sweater top. The medium that I bought last year was too tight to do that. I am 5'5" and 144 lb. This is my go to jacket for winter months. Wish it had a double zipper to make sitting in cars easier.

I love this jacket! It is just right to wear in-be-tween seasons. Not heavy but warm and I like the hood attachment. You never know when a blustery day comes along with a chill.

Cute but snug
This jacket is cute and warm, but runs small. I have purchased the longer version of it in the past and same thing; ran small. I most often wear a petite medium or large. I got the large and no room for layering. Just fits. You may want to go up 2 sizes.

The fabric has changed and is stiff and crunchy
I got this as a replacement for what I expected to be the exact same black jacket that I bought several years ago, but in a different size. I have several of these jackets in various colors, bought in years past. The current version is NOT made of the same fabric. The old fabric was waterproof, but still soft and pliable. The new fabric is stiff, crackly, and crunchy. It feels like wearing something made out of a sheet of plastic. Very disappointing. I highly do NOT recommend the current version of this jacket. Why can't Bean leave well enough alone???

Not a fan of the faded olive
I just bought this coat in faded olive. In the book, it looks much closer to an off white. In real life, it’s a weird, unpleasant green! Disappointed. Fits well otherwise.
