Nice all around pants
Nice pants for everyday use. These were bought for my 89 year old husband to wear around the house and for walking, errands etc. (Don't worry, he doesn't drive anymore.) So I can not address using them for outdoor heavy sports. But he likes them a lot. He prefers the other LLBean pant whose leg is not as tapered. However these look good on him.

Tweaks needed
A zipper would complete this. Really, having to pull your pants down to pee in a public bathroom. I was two along time ago. Feels hot in the sun, otherwise pretty comfortable.

Men's Pathfinder Ripstop Pants
I purchased these pants for my husband to use when he scouts out new areas to fish. He has a habit of finding briar patches which have shredded previous pants. He also uses them when fishing-just pointed out to me that he cannot wear a belt with these pants and that there is no zipper in the front part of the pants-i.e. the "barn door" is sewn shui.

Good fit
These are good light-weight pants with a good fit. The problem is that there is a fake zipper front with no operable zipper. Which means you have to lower the pants to urinate. Not cool

Practical and attractive
My husband is recovering from a stroke. This pant is comfortable, easy to put on, looks stylish with the tapered leg and will be his "dress" pant for an upcoming event. He is very pleased with
