Our twist on a classic, with authentic cable designs from the Aran Islands. This cotton fisherman sweater vest is made from soft-draping cotton yarns that flatter and span the seasons more than traditional wool.
We chose 100% cotton yarns to give our cable sweater vest year-round appeal. It's lighter with an easier drape than traditional fisherman sweaters, offering supreme comfort and beautiful style.

Shapeless
I found this vest had no shape, was quite large across the shoulders and fit large. Even the length was long, almost like a tunic on my 5’4” frame. Sad to say it has to go back.

I have received three different ads for this sweater but can’t buy it in my size. Bummer that something so cute and functional is only available in in smaller sizes and no plus sizes.

Purchased navy, my basic color. Great way to add texture to smooth shirt, pants. Nice alternative to down vest for extra warmth. Like that shoulders are a little wide and balance my hips.

good-looking women's vest
I was looking for a more traditional women's vest, and this one pretty much fits the bill. It's of sturdy construction with an attractive pattern. It's not short and boxy, thank goodness, and I like the neckline that allows me to wear it with button down shirts or turtlenecks. The armholes are just right for me.
