Too long for women
5 stars for a well built great backpack! PLEASE make this also for a woman's frame. This backpack is way too long for an average size woman's back. A 16" length would be great. Had to send it back as it hung way too low on my back even with max strap adjustment

I want to love this
I want to love this bag but it's just a tiny bit off. I wish the black had a black on black zipper. What value does that horizontal line add to the aesthetic of this bag that's all about quiet efficiency. I also wish it was built for my frame. I'm a very average 5'4" woman and this bag just engulfs me. So close and yet so far. If this gets updated, I'm all in!

Missing Luggage handle retention strap
It’s shocking that they must have forgotten to add a luggage handle strap.
Nice bag so far, but the leather LL Bean label on the outside front fell off after no obvious impact/cause at all, on the first day. Obviously this is a little disappointing for a $150 backpack.
