My FAVORITE gloves!!
I love these gloves!!! They are soft, warm, SO comfortable, and big enough. They are men's gloves, which I like. They're roomier than women's gloves. I had another pair that I wore constantly for several winters, but sadly I lost them about a month ago. They too were L.L. Bean men's in black. These are almost the same & I love them just as much. I use them for every day things, like errands, driving, etc. I have always preferred mittens, but I have to say, I love these gloves just as much as mittens. For me, they are the best! Lastly, they run true to size. I would wear a large in women's, and these are a large in men's, for comparison. They are a true men's large.

Warm & toasty
I had another pair of LL Bean gloves, just like these, for years. They finally wore out. Given their comfort & durability, it made sense to get another pair just like them.
These are warm & wind resistant. I also found them to be true to size. In this case, I bought the men's model, because there were out of the color & size I wanted in the women's. Not a problem; I just ordered one size down. In addition, I really like the color, which is a good match for my winter jacket.
