I've bought better LLBean camelbaks...
My 2.5 year old grandson has a hard time flipping back the straw. I bought it for daycare and his parents aren't sending it in bc we don't want other people putting their hands on the straw. BTW, he is a strong little guy who loves the outdoors and has other camelbacks from you. This one is tough, even for me.

Proven to hold up for 15 month old
This is very cute and functional. My 15 month old grandson prefers this to regular sippy cups-he likes the straws. I know this is recommended for an older child, but I couldn’t resist the cute vibrant blue/green colors and design. He has dropped it a number of times and no indentations or finish missing. This is a winner!
