Looks nice but doesn't pour well
Looks nice but doesn't pour well. Not sure if my mug is defective but you have to tilt it at an unusual angle to get the beverage to pour out, unlike any other mugs with lids I've used. When I've used this mug and tilted it to take a sip as I would with any other mug with a lid, I have to til this mug almost completely bottom side up for any liquid to pour out for some reason. Really don't understand why, but I have to be very careful as I almost burned my mouth trying to pour the coffee out. I meant to try and do an exchange but hadn't had a chance.

Nice mug
Like this new mug. It is good to have a large handle for a large hand. Keeps things surprisingly warm and cold as needed. I got the bright orange so I wouldn't lose it!! Lid should be able to be unassembled for cleaning though.

Nice mug, so-so top
Love the mug, not the top. The lip of the top is too thick. But I still like the feel of the mug and it keeps my coffee warm.

I had two mugs I purchased five years ago and really liked. These new ones I like even more. They have a better shape to fit in car cup holders and keeps coffee hot longer. Very pleased and I would purchase again.

Good Mug with one Adjustment
I've had this mug for a couple of months and have had difficulty getting good liquid flow when first opening the slider and drinking cold liquids. I get a small flow for about 2 seconds, then a strong flow.. If you take the top off and look at the bottom there is a small air breather hole on the opposite end of the drinking hole. I took a small bit and drilled to make the hole slightly larger. After that the problem was solved. I noted another purchaser had a similar problem (6/24 review).
