Great quality but poor fit
Weight of jean is very good, not heavy or paper thin. Fit was poor. Waist was tight and hips and thighs were huge. My measurements are 44" waist and hips. Other design flaws include regular sized back pockets, long zipper that make a tent crotch when sitting and length is not for 5'4". Contrast stitching gives it an old look.

Great looking jeans
I received these today and was so excited because I loved the style. I ordered my usual size 10 m/t but sadly the waist was a size too small. Loved the style and length. I am 5’8 140 lbs with small hips and a thick waist. I am going to reorder a size up to a 12 but my concern is that the hips/butt may be too large. I am going to give them a try.

High Rise Waist
I've had this pair for several months now and wear them for work around our property, not usually out and about on the town. They are a bit heavier weight denim than some of my jeans. Like other reviewers, I had to size up from usual sizes to a W18 from the initial 16 and 18 I ordered. I ordered them because I was looking for a mid-rise boot cut jean and decided to try these. LLBean's Favorite Fit has been good for me in the past because I'm short-waisted. This pair is very high waisted! Also, they fit out of the drier, but then the entire waist, tummy and seat stretch out after a couple of hours of wear and they continue to slip and slide down. I decided to keep them because I really needed a new pair of jeans at the time. But as soon as a found a better fitting pair, these became my new "work jeans".

Disappointing change in fit
LL Bean jeans have always been my go to jeans, but this last pair had a totally different fit than my BeanFlex jeans in the past. They were much smaller. I do appreciate the 'real' pockets, and like the material, but please don't change the fit.

Great jeans - but no longer have the same sizing!!
Very disappointing - I was looking forward to a bootcut. BeanFlex Jeans have been my go-to jean for a good fit, but this time the size 8 was WAY too small - couldn't even close the zipper. Normally these fit wonderfully. Pockets are great, material is good, and if they fit they'd look really good. Please check your sizing, LL BEAN!
