Nice looking sneakers, but horrible odor.
I was very excited when I ordered these sneakers. However, when I opened the shoebox, the sneakers had strong odor that was very off putting - smelled like manure. I returned them immediately as there was no way I could wear them. I didn’t even try them on.

Nice, but runs narrow
Nice shoes but too narrow for my feet. Many regular widths are ok on me but not this one. L.L. Bean, please start carrying more widths in shoes like you have done in the past.

After all, very happy customer!
Purchased a pair of Size 6.5 - 1/2 size down of my usual walking sneakers - Classic Navy. The color is very dark navy, looks almost black. They are perfect and very comfortable after I trimmed the top plastic part of the right heel that was rubbing against/hurting my achilles.

I wish that could have kept them!
I bought this shoe after reading reviews and the the nots so great aspect would not affect me. The “too tight in the heel and caused my heel to need a bandaid” did happen just walking around the house. I wish they could fix this issue.
