Just what I was looking for
Just received my new bag and I couldn’t be more pleased. All my usual ‘purse essentials’ fit nicely inside. I appreciate the interior clip for attaching 2 fobs and the zippered compartment was ample space for ‘just in case’ items. The shoulder strap was easily adjustable, but feels very secure. Bravo, LLBean

Beautiful bag
It's a great bag. But needs a divider or extra pocket. It becomes a large ditch for items to accumulate. The front pocket could really use a zipper or a snap. As items spill out. And as others have stated, it is HEAVY. I often leave the bag behind because of the weight.

Exactly what I was looking for! Classic design.
Love the combination of the leather and waxed cotton. Some other reviews mentioned the size of the outer pocket; that pocket ends where the leather begins, and is plenty large enough to hold an iPhone 14 with room to spare. It's plenty large enough for things you need to have at hand. The inside is simple, but roomy! There's a key clip, and a zipper interior pocket. Love how adjustable the strap is. Great quality, traditional design. I love it!

Excellent Travel Purse
My twenty-year-old daughter chose this purse to take on vacation to eastern Europe, and said it worked great. She liked how much it could hold and was okay with the shallow front pocket and used it to hold smaller beverage bottles. She did not notice that the handle was attached with clips, so attached large paper clips to deter potential theft. The handle and bottom are sturdy, thicker leather, (no quick slicing through them) and can easily be wiped clean if needed.

Roomy Crossbody
This crossbody was perfect for traveling. It allowed me carry everything I wanted at my fingertips while on a week-long trip. As others have noted, it would have been even better with more interior pockets. One just wasn't enough.
