Sizing needs some adjustment
This jacket is warm and it looks great. A tight fit, though ,even though I ordered a size larger than I ordinarily take. (Thank goodness for these reviews!) It's tough getting my arms through the sleeves without my shirt or sweater riding up past my elbows.

Almost perfect
A lot to like about this coat. It looks good. It does what it claims in cold weather. The zipper never gets caught in the fabric (a real bug of mine.) The only problem is that the arms of the coat are a little tight for me and I have skinny arms. It’s hard to put on when I wear a heavy flannel shirt. That makes it less useful in really cold weather. I think a man with reasonably large arms would have a really tight fit.

Change the liner please!
Great jacket! It is warm, and the color and fit are great. The liner is a flannel material and it makes it difficult to put on and more restrictive when moving about.

The coat is very warm and is well cut so it fits well. The coat doesn't have any inside pockets though which I miss so it loses one star.

Just a little shy ..
Just a little more down would have made this an excellent article. Some quilts in the jacket seem to have very little down at all. 🙁 An added cell phone pocket inside the breast area would have sealed the deal. Just expected more from Bean. Quality stitching as always.
