Love them!
I had a pair of LL Bean snowshoes I bought years ago. They were my first pair so I was not familiar with any bindings. I wasn't fond of the bindings, but just thought that's the way they were. I felt I always had to almost stretch the rubber straps in order to keep them tight- the slack would also come free from the slot, and I'd have to stop and fix them. They eventually broke (probably from the over stretching I felt I had to do) and I ordered a new pair of snowshoes. The bindings had been changed, and to my delight, I love them! They are so much better. So easy and they never come loose. Once you get them quickly tightened, you're off, and no stopping to fix anything. Just fantastic! I just love these snowshoes.

Great snowshoes with easy bindings
The bindings are so easy and practical! It’s hard to tell which ones are right or left and maybe they can be for either but otherwise these are amazing. Definitely recommend.

Great bindings
I was able to snowshoe all winter without worrying that they would fall off. The bindings are are simple and easy. I bought the women’s pathfinder. I will say that you will need a larger size if you wear a 9+. The binding doesn’t stretch to fit large boots.

Wife likes them a lot.
The BOA tension system is really slick. Much like what is commonly used on snowboard boots. easiest on and off of any snowshoe previously;y used. Note: The men's version has an additional heel strap which is far less easy (for me) to put on and take off.

Beware if you wear a size 10 or above
I was so excited that L.L. Bean made a size 30 in Women’s with a narrower gate. I ordered the , but I have size 11 boots and the foot strap would not fit. On a men’s 30, there is plenty of room for a size 11 women’s. I know that women have smaller feet, but come on, support at least up to a size 12 and a bit extra to allow to slide in. And not just on the 30, even on a 25 support a larger foot! So disappointed in L.L Bean for not supporting women with larger feet. Secondly, nothing on their website says what size feet their boa system will support.
