Nice jacket
This jacket is pretty good. It's warm, washes well, durable. The inside is lined with microfleece. Huge zipper packets on both sides, and another one on the upper left of the jacket. What I don't like is that when you zip it up, there is no way to tighten up the bottom of it, so it just hangs down. The arms are extra long, but I just roll them up. Packs well (not thick and bulky). Wash in cold, dry on high heat and if there is shrinkage, it is not noticeable. I usually buy things so they are loose, so I bought XXL (I am a woman 5'7, 165) and it is huge ... definitely could have done XL and it still would have been to my liking.

Perfect for layering.
Bought this to ware under a mountain classic windbreaker. Fits perfectly hood and all. I bought the same size as the windbreaker at this light fleece slipped right inside, no problem and not excess bulk.

Looks great in the advertising but the material isn’t fleece, it’s a gauzy-like material that feels surprisingly cheap. Disappointed in you, LL Bean.

Bring Back the 2016 PrimaLoft Mountain Pro Hoodie!
I really wanted another 2016 PrimaLoft Mountain Pro Hoodie Full-Zip L REG item # 300338 (or TC300338 on my original order Nov 2016). This is a sad replacement for that. Please bring it back. Please.
There is no loop to hang it with, the fabric of fleece is not nearly the same feel as the PrimaLoft textured ones from 2016.
The Slightly Fitted cut on a L-REG Mens from 2016 is so much better fitted to shoulders and waist than the new version and the added length on the tail in the 2016 version is really nice.
So, in short, it "feels" cheaper and more static prone, feels less warm, feels more boxy and open in the torso/waits, and frankly, looks awful because of the ill fit in this. It feels like a cheap brand fleece hoodie rather than something from Beans and I've grown up in their clothes my whole life.
I'd pay money to keep the 2016 style identical. It has become my favorite hoodie over the years and I want to see it in my rotation for life, please bring it back. Please.
Nothing about the newer version is improved at all from my perspective, it's a shadow of the former hoodie.
