Great boot.
I love these for knocking around. Great for when I blow leaves. I like the zipper in them. The leather repels the water, providing you treat them w/mink oil. I find these to be very comfortable. I have a hard time with shoes, and these are great!

Very comfortable
I ordered these boots before I read the reviews. Several reviewers said that these boots run narrow. My normal size is 8 1/2 wide and I ordered a 9 because wide width was not an option. I was concerned that the boots would be too narrow but that was not the case. They are a bit tight getting into them but not significantly and once on they are comfortable. I love the color of the asphalt leather and see myself wearing them all winter

Great Show After Broken In
Tight at first. Almost uncomfortably tight, but breaks in in a couple days of wearing. I've had them about a month now, only wearing them a couple days a week and they are very comfortable.

Women’s Mountainside Boots
This is a great little boot with a lot of potential. It is absolutely cute. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it has very little arch support (I have high arches), but the footbed can be easily removed and replaced with an orthotic footbed (which I did). I’ve had other boots with a zipper on the outside so that is not an issue for me. I found them true to size.

Too narrow to get foot in
Boots looked lovely but they were too narrow to get on. It was way too much effort for a boot.

Great leather boot...
I have a hard time with shoes. Ugh! I got these, size 11 and they fit well. I'm glad they have a side zip on them or I'd never get my foot in them. They seem to run narrow but I have plenty of room in them. Can't wait to wear in cooler weather tho I did wear them the other day in rainy weather. And they faired well. I will wear these with dressier pants in cooler weather tho they can easily be worn with a casual pr of jeans!

Awesome Boots for Travel or Casual Wear
When I was looking for some boots to wear for an upcoming trip, where I'd be walking over all kinds of terrain, I stumbled upon these boots. The description said they worked well for both city and country landscapes, so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm happy to say that the description was absolutely correct. They worked wonderfully as hiking shoes as well as walking around cobbled street and sidewalks. My feet stayed comfortable and supported every day, and I was also grateful that these boots are less bulky than your average hiking shoes; it made them much easier to transport.

THEY MIGHT BE PERFECT
These boots might just be perfect. A bit much for my home in San Diego but perfect for my winter trip to Norway. I’ve been wearing them around the house to break them in prior to my adventure and they are just pretty darn comfortable. I ordered a half-size up to accommodate heavier woolen socks and am hoping for a rainy day or two prior to my winter trip to fully “test” them. Stay tuned and I’ll keep you posted.
