Great layer piece
This is such a great top! Lightweight and warm. I wore this over my biking jersey while cycling in 60-degree weather - it was perfect.

Warm and comfortable
Comfortable warmth in the cold. Not scratchy. Good fit. I'm ordering another. I wish it came in less sporty colors. Plain beige without contrasting stitching would be great.

Perfect medium weight base layer. I think I’ll get another one in a different color.

Nice base layer.
Nice base layer. Seems similar in warmth and quality to other competitor brands like ice breakker and smart wool. Not itchy. Looks good amd fits well.

Need warmer
I bought this top and matching bottom hoping they would be warm underlayers. It seems no one makes heavyweight underwear in natural fibers anywhere. (I don't want to wear synthetics for health and environmental reasons.)
These items are nice but thin, no warmer than my cotton ones, meaning I am cold in this weather, even indoors during this cold spell. I am keeping them but wish I had not spent this large amount of money and not gotten what I need.

Go-To Winter Shirt
I considered returning this when it arrived, it seemed too big. I thought I wanted yet another close fitting merino base layer. The shirt fits more loosely than expected and I could have exchanged for XS instead of S. But as it turns out, it goes nicely over any number of shirts, it is loose on the sides but not too big in the shoulders. It is long, which helps with warmth and has thumb holes. All in all I love it and wear it especially around the house and while traveling as a warm cozy layer.

Good base layer for cold weather
Sizing for medium petite shirt seems true to size, long enough to tuck into pants and sleeves just long enough for thumbholes and to protect hands. I've worn it as the primary layer underneath a hoodie and as an additional layer beneath a cotton 3/4-sleeve shirt. In both cases, it insulated well and with the latter extended the seasonal wear. With colder 20 degree and below temps arriving here in the Midwest, it's already been useful. Thumbholes do pull sleeves a bit, which might be an issue if you have longer arms, but the stitching is well reinforced, and I like the shaping.
