Amazing! Actually long for a tall skinny person!
Most important aspect of a review, which most people don't list... sizing. I'm 6'2 & 165 pounds. Very athletic and lean build, with long legs. I am tall and skinny mostly, leaning more into the 160-165 weight category. Ordered a medium-tall and it's 90% perfect. The only downside is it is a little wide at the bottom BUT there is a drawstring so you can tighten it up. That is the only downside, and yet the jacket is amazing! It's slim (more slim in person than the photos. I only have a basic long sleeve underneath). Plenty long, including the long sleeves! And it's stylish as heck. Modern looking and fancy. I've already bought a second one because it's so nice!
I can't speak for the warm and wind aspect, but it appears to repel water (not water proof). And likely blocks the wind. It's thin but that was expected when buying.
Is it worth $100? For the sizing alone, 100%. It's actually long which I can never find! And still slim! Medium tall all the way!

Bean's Windproof Softshell Men's Regular
This is a great three season jacket. I have only one negative thing to mention, the sleeves are fleece lined and I am not a fan of fleece lined sleeves. I realize this is a personal taste issue and does not reflect on the overall quality of the jacket. I would have given the jacket 5 stars had the sleeves been lined with nylon taffeta.

Multi-season, great in wind/rain/light snow
Great mid/light-weight jacket - replaced an older, larger on due to weight loss.

Great for between the seasons or a rainy day
This has been a great between seasons jacket so far! The lining is soft (but can catch my sleeves if I don't hold on to them). The zippers feel great! The color is nice (and there is some texture–almost like ripstop) in the material. I don't like the position of the velcro on the sleeves–it feels odd.
